Your daily activities and responsibilities:
- Team coordination: organize and plan the daily work of individual care workers and nursing assistants.
- Quality assurance: ensure the high quality of social services provided to residents and smooth support of processes.
- Consulting: provide necessary information and consult interested parties on social care issues.
- Documentation: responsibly complete the necessary documents (ISGP preparation, activity plans, reports).
We hope to have:
- Higher education (or equivalent) in the field of social sciences, social work (mandatory);
- Driver's license (category B);
- Good computer skills;
- Personal qualities: empathy, patience, responsibility, initiative, ability to listen and willingness to help others.
