- Provide social services and work with clients individually.
- Assess the need for help, consult, motivate.
- Fill out documentation and cooperate with other institutions.
- Participate in team meetings, initiatives and projects.

- You have a qualification as a social worker (experience is an advantage).
- You are empathetic, patient, able to listen and help.
- You know how to work independently and in a team.
- You want to contribute to the creation of social welfare.

Public Institution "Hands of Kindness" is an organization that invites people to meet, first of all, their own problem and turn it into an opportunity. A mistake or suffering is not a tragedy of life, it is a reality into which we fall or are thrown. Together we can look for ways, paths to develop our abilities, talents and turn our lives into a gift.
Currently, the organization is working in the following directions:
Hands of Kindness Houses - temporary accommodation services are provided to adults who are currently experiencing a crisis, but are motivated to get out of it. People are not only provided with accommodation services, but we also help them integrate into society, acquire new skills and find employment.
Open Youth Center - we are guided by the belief that every growing young person deserves to spend their time in the best possible environment for them. The Open Youth Center has been successfully continuing its activities for the twelfth year. We believe that our activities not only help 14-29 year olds youth to spend their free time meaningfully, but also allows them to improve their social skills.
Assistance to potential victims of human trafficking. Assistance services are provided to individuals according to their individual needs, in order to restore their independence, lost social connections and help them integrate into society.
Projects being implemented: we are currently working with the youth employment and empowerment promotion project "Jungtys", as well as the project "Kitaip", "Eurodesk" and in cooperation with Kaunas City Municipality, free summer camps are organized.
