Nature of work
- Individual work with residents of Temporary Homes, setting goals together with the person and strengthening motivation for change;
- Assistance in solving daily difficulties, handling documents and communicating with various institutions;
- Organizing the development of social and independent living skills;
- Organizing joint activities and initiatives that strengthen community spirit;
- Collaborating with team members and volunteers.
We hope you:
- you have a degree in social work;
- you want to work with adults experiencing social exclusion;
- you are able to build respectful and supportive relationships;
- you are responsible, communicative and able to work in a team.
We will consider knowledge of Russian, Polish or English as an advantage.
We offer:
- full-time work (working hours can be adjusted);
- once a week in the afternoon until 7:30 p.m.;
