Nature of work
- Communicate with students, monitor class dynamics, students' well-being, behavior and academic indicators and changes, and if necessary, ensure the help of teachers, parents and other specialists of the child welfare team;
- In cooperation with teachers, educational leaders, other specialists and parents, propose strategies and ways of solving problems;
- Manage class data, proactively communicate with teachers, educational leaders, other specialists and parents of students;
- Implement preventive programs.

- Education of a social pedagogue and work experience in an educational institution;
- Great faith in one's work, proactive communication and mediation;
- Excellent knowledge of adolescent psychology, courage, creativity;
- The ability to build a warm relationship with students and the belief that every child is unique and can be successful;
- Willingness to learn and grow every day.
