The Social Benefits Department is looking for a colleague who will be responsible for advising clients on issues related to the provision of social benefits.
A fixed-term (~2 years) employment contract will be concluded.

A fixed-term (~2 years) employment contract will be concluded.
After joining the team:
- inform and consult (in person, by phone, e-mail and other means) individuals on social benefits issues;
- serve individuals live in the customer service center and accept applications for social benefits;
- prepare and issue certificates related to the granting, non-granting and payment of social benefits.
We hope you:
- you have at least a college degree or equivalent (professional bachelor's degree);
- you have work experience in the field of customer service;
- you know how to work with a computer using the MS Office software package and are familiar with the requirements of the Document Preparation Rules;
- you are able to express your thoughts fluently both orally and in writing;
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the European Union, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the provision of benefits, local self-government and public administration.
