Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced social media specialist who will be responsible for the social media strategy, content and results of Dana Ribas Jewellery. This position includes both communication planning and practical content creation and paid advertising management. You will work with our jewelry collections and represented international brands.
Your responsibilities

- Plan and implement social media communication, taking into account brand positioning, marketing goals and sales priorities.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels: create a content calendar, publish content and maintain contact with the audience.
- Create content independently - from ideas and texts to photography, filming and visual preparation, ensuring aesthetic quality and a consistent brand image.
- Coordinate photo shoots, filming and cooperation with content creators and opinion leaders: prepare creative tasks, ensure quality, reputation and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare content for collection presentations, campaigns and events, adapt international partners' materials to the local market.
- Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, manage the allocated budget and coordinate actions with the marketing team and advertising agency.
- Analyze content and advertising results, test creative solutions and formats and implement data-driven improvements.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing brand social media and examples of work that demonstrate your contribution and results.
- Ability to independently plan and implement communications, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a consistent brand visual style and tone of communication.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging, relevant stories for the audience.
- Practical photography, filming, video editing, and layout skills, experience working with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar content creation tools.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and distribution principles, practical experience working with Meta Ads Manager, and ability to evaluate communication and advertising effectiveness.
Experience in the jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury segments and working with international brands will be considered an advantage.
