About us
SENJORO is one of the largest organizations providing social services at home in Lithuania. Every day we take care of more than 2,400 seniors in 34 Lithuanian municipalities, and our team already consists of more than 500 employees.
We are currently looking for a social services coordinator for the Panevėžys branch (Ukmergė, Utena and Anykščiai), who would join our growing team and help ensure high-quality and smooth provision of assistance to seniors in their homes.

Requirements:
- You will ensure the provision of quality social services to seniors in their homes;
- You will help individual care workers solve daily situations and client problems;
- You will strengthen the team by organizing meetings, trainings and other team support initiatives;
- You will carry out the selection and coordination of individual care workers;
- You will communicate with seniors and their relatives, help ensure smooth cooperation;
- You will administer documentation: prepare reports and letters to municipalities, coordinate the signing of contracts and tracking performance indicators;
- You will organize and implement SENJOROS activities in the Panevėžys region.

- You have a social work education and/or experience in the field of social services (a big advantage);

- You can easily communicate with different people;
- You know how to plan time and priorities;
- You are able to manage stressful and conflict situations;
- You are creative, responsible and organized;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently;
- You have good computer skills;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Driver's license and own car.
