Social Services Coordinator/Social Worker

Ensure the quality of services – coordinate the provision of social services in clients’ homes, help individual care workers resolve daily situations and ensure smooth organization of services.

Organize the work of employees – search for and select individual care workers, coordinate their activities, create work schedules and resolve emerging issues.

Communicate with clients and their relatives – clarify needs, consult, maintain contact and ensure that the services provided meet their expectations.

Administer documents – prepare reports and letters to the municipality, draw up and sign service agreements and ensure proper documentation management.

Organize the start of service for new clients – cooperate with municipal specialists, coordinate the terms of service provision and ensure that the services are provided as smoothly as possible.

Similar work experience – in social services, customer service, staff coordination or similar field;

Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility;

Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience and a sincere desire to help people;

Ability to communicate with a variety of people, establish a trusting relationship with clients and their loved ones;

Good time planning, organization and prioritization skills;

Ability to constructively resolve conflict situations and remain calm in stressful circumstances;

Knowledge of Russian;

Good computer skills;

Driver's license.
