Your responsibilities:
- Create and publish content for social networks, adapted to the US audience and the specifics of different platforms
- Plan and maintain a content calendar on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X and Pinterest
- Grow the community, number of followers, reach and engagement
- Contribute to content creation in practice: film, photograph material, generate ideas, help implement daily content
- Edit short videos for social networks from the provided or collected material
- Prepare visual and communication layouts in Canva or other similar platforms
- Help organize various photo shoots and content creation together with professional photographers and videographers
- During photo shoots and filming, additionally capture behind-the-scenes, process and other relevant content for social media communication
- If necessary, independently initiate additional content, respond to current events and ensure continuity of communication
- Communicate with the audience in comments, messages and mentions according to the brand tons
- You will monitor results, prepare reports and propose solutions based on data
- You will work with the Sprout Social platform, which plans content, manages publishing and generates reports
- You will contribute to more efficient and automated work processes, as we try to perform some tasks as systematically and automatically as possible
- You will follow trends and be able to properly adapt them in brand communication
We expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience working with brands' social networks
- Experience not only in administering accounts, but also in actually growing brands on social networks
- Ability to independently plan, execute and improve social media communication
- Experience working with D2C, e. commerce or fast-paced businesses
- Understanding how content contributes to the user journey, engagement and business goals
- Ability to quickly integrate into the work without constant training and daily supervision
- Initiative, responsibility and the ability to notice for yourself what is needed to achieve the result
- Experience in filming and editing short video content for social networks
- Daily working skills with Canva or other visual content creation platforms
- Good sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of what works on social networks
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where plans can change
- An advantage if you have experience working with content planning and social media management platforms, especially Sprout Social
- Very good written and spoken English
