The essence of the position
We are looking for a designer who understands how social media works – not just from an aesthetic perspective, but also from a communication perspective. You will create scroll-stopping visual content that delivers a message in the first frame and reflects the different tones of our brands. You will work with the marketing team – they will come with a goal and a message, and you will help find the best visual solutions in the best form.
What will you do?
Visual content creation
✓You will create visual content for social networks: static visuals, carousels, stories, GIFs and animated inserts.
✓You will adapt content to different formats and purposes - organic, advertising: 4:5, 9:16, 1:1.
✓You will create and maintain a library of templates and components to speed up repetitive work.
✓You will use AI tools for content versioning and searching for new visual directions.
Working with a team
✓You will work closely with marketing managers: you will receive a task with a message and a goal, for which you will offer the best visual form.
✓You will work with multiple brand directions simultaneously, maintaining the identity and tone of each.
✓You will maintain order in files, versions and deadlines - the team must always know where to find the relevant file.

✓Understanding how short-form content works: why one frame freezes and another doesn’t.
✓Ability to work at a pace – deadlines are deadlines, and you understand that.
✓Independent creative opinion: ability to say “let’s do it differently”, not just “okay, I’ll do it”.
✓Practical, not theoretical use of an AI tool in daily work (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway or similar).
✓Organization: files are named, versions are saved, deadlines are tracked.
✓Understanding how short-form content works: why one frame freezes and another doesn’t.
✓Ability to work at a pace – deadlines are deadlines, and you understand that.

It will be an advantage if:

+You will have experience with food or dietary supplement categories and an understanding that communication in these categories is regulated.
