Vilnius - UAB „The British School of Vilnius“
A private international British school is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the administration team and contribute to the implementation of the school's marketing and communication strategy. We are looking for a creative, proactive and responsible person with an education or practical experience in marketing, communication, media or a related field, who is able to create attractive content and convey the school's activities in the digital space.

Main duties:

  • Planning, creating, publishing and maintaining content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Creating and editing attractive visual content (photos, videos, short videos)
  • Creating and adapting texts for different audiences
  • Excellent knowledge of the school's activities, values, and offered educational programs and services, and, in close cooperation with the admissions team, implementing school marketing strategies.
  • Implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results and providing proposals
  • Recording school events and daily activities, collecting authentic content
  • Collaborating with the school community (teachers, administration, students) in collecting content
  • Administering comments and messages on social networks
  • Updating the content of the school website (news, events, etc.)
  • Creative and design support for the administration team (creating presentations, visual materials, brochures, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Education or practical experience in marketing, communications, media or a related field
  • Experience in managing social networks and creating engaging content (experience in the field of education is an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
  • Good photography, filming and content editing skills (mobile and basic tools)
  • Good skills in working with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe or others), ability to create quality visual material
  • Good basics of social media management and digital marketing, including understanding of paid campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to work independently, initiative, creativity and good work planning skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different audiences (students, parents, staff)
