A private international British school is looking for a creative, proactive and organised Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the administration team and contribute to the school’s communication and marketing activities.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree or practical experience in marketing, communication, media or a related field, who enjoys creating content, taking photos, filming, looking for new ideas and conveying the organization’s story in the digital space. This position would be a great fit for a candidate who already has practical experience in social media or communication, but is looking for a versatile job where they can implement their ideas and constantly improve.

Main duties:
- Planning, creating, publishing and administering content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Photographing and filming school events and daily life and creating authentic content
- Editing photos, short videos (Reels) and other visual content
- Creating and adapting texts for different audiences
- Delving into the school's activities, values and educational programs and presenting them on social networks and other communication channels
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, monitoring results and suggesting ideas
- Collaborating with the school community (teachers, administration, students and parents) in collecting interesting stories and content
- Administering comments and messages on social networks
- Updating the content of the school website (events, current affairs)
- Creative assistance to the administration team - preparing presentations, brochures, posters and other visual material
Requirements:
- Education or practical experience in marketing, communications, media or a related field
- Experience in managing social networks and creating engaging content (experience in the field of education is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to photograph, film and edit content
- Good skills in working with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe or others), ability to create high-quality visual material
- Basics of social media management and digital marketing, including understanding of paid campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently, initiative, creativity and good work planning skills
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different audiences (students, parents, employees)
