- Creating and implementing social media communication on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
- Generating creative ideas and adapting them to different clients and target audiences.
- Creating visual and text content for social media.
- Creating and editing video content and animations.
- Adapting content to different social media formats and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members.
- Monitoring social media results, analyzing statistics and applying insights for further communication.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with digital communication and maintaining Facebook / Instagram accounts;
- Experience working with Facebook Business Manager;
- Prerequisite: strong skills in working with Adobe Photoshop and / or Illustrator;
- Ability to understand different target groups and reach them with adapted language;
- Ability to analyze social media statistics and draw conclusions from them;
- Ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for content creation and openness to constantly try new solutions;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Creative and analytical thinking;
- Impeccable knowledge of the native language;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of LinkedIn / Pinterest platforms is an advantage.
