Responsibilities:
- You will plan, manage and implement social media projects from strategy to result, ensuring quality, deadlines and efficient use of resources.
- You will coordinate the social media activities of several brands (Instagram, Facebook, partly TikTok), ensuring consistent and targeted communication.
- You will generate creative campaign ideas and oversee their implementation - from concept to publication and analysis of results.
- You will be responsible for content planning and content calendaring, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.
- You will independently create content: film, edit videos, write texts, adapt materials prepared by designers.
- You will monitor and analyze social media results (follower growth, engagement), generate insights and propose improvement solutions.
- You will ensure that all content matches the brand identity, is aesthetic and consistent.
- You will collaborate with the internal team and external partners, coordinate the distribution of tasks and contribute to the effective organization of work.
- You will contribute to the creation and development of the social media strategy, offering innovative solutions and new content formats.
- You will actively follow social media trends and apply them in the implementation of projects.
- You will work with creative and analytical tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, etc.), ensuring an efficient work process.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- You are able to create engaging communication and analyze campaign results.
- You are a generator of ideas and know how to turn them into content.
- You write well in Lithuanian and English.
- You are interested in the latest social media trends and want to adapt them.
- You are flexible, quick to react and able to solve challenges.
