Nature of work:
- Administration of social media accounts in the Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian markets;
- Preparation and implementation of social media communication plans;
- Creation and adaptation of visual and textual content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.);
- Filming, photographing and editing reels, videos and other visual content;
- Collaboration with the project manager, marketing team and partners;
- Working with opinion leaders, coordination of cooperation and communication administration;
- Analysis of social media results, monitoring indicators and providing suggestions for improving results;
- Monitoring social media trends and their application in communication;
- Community administration and ensuring the quality of communication.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media administration;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language level not lower than B2;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Copywriting skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Experience in creating and editing video content for social networks;
- Work experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other visual content creation programs;
- Ability to independently plan work, manage projects and meet deadlines;
- Analytical thinking, ability to evaluate social media indicators and make data-based decisions;
- Creativity, sense of aesthetics, initiative and responsibility.
