What are you going to do?
- You will manage the entire sales cycle: from the first contact with potential clients to negotiations and signing of contracts.
- You will carry out development: you will open new markets, build strategic partnerships and form market entry strategies with clear value propositions.
- You will represent the company at events, conferences and exhibitions (there will definitely be travel!).
- You will collaborate with the team: together with consultants, you will prepare attractive offers and suitable solutions for clients.
- You will build relationships - you will be a trusted advisor to real estate managers, not just a supplier.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in software/IT product sales, especially ERP or niche market systems.
- Understanding the real estate market is a big advantage – you know how property managers work and what their real daily problems are.
- Ability to analyze the market and plan long-term actions.
- Excellent oral and written English (B2+) – working with international clients and partners.
- Strategic thinking, initiative and result orientation.
- Want to expand your horizons and represent the company at events.
- Results – your success indicators will be the margin of leased product licenses and the number of transactions concluded.

Salary:
Starting salary 1,700–2,000 EUR in cash. Specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
