Software Engineer, .NET

About the Role and Team:

At Adform, we build technology that powers digital advertising globally. As a Software Engineer, you will join our Apps Foundation team, a highly impactful group responsible for building and maintaining core capabilities that support Adform products and services.

Working within our Development & IT organization, you'll contribute to the development, support, maintenance, and operation of the Adform platform. This role combines building new functionality with improving existing systems to ensure stability, scalability, and performance for our customers.

You'll collaborate with talented Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Support teams while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and innovation. • Design, develop, test, and deploy products and services that create value for customers
• Contribute to the evolution of Adform's platform and technical foundations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand dependencies and deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize development workflows and engineering practices
• Promote knowledge sharing and an inner-source approach to software development
• Work closely with Product Management, Client Support, and IT Engineering teams
• Apply best practices in Architecture, Quality, Security, and Product Development
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in .NET development
• Strong experience developing APIs and backend services using C#
• Solid practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and software delivery
• Experience with modern build pipelines, CI/CD practices, and development tooling
• Good understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and unit testing
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
