We are looking for an experienced SOUS CHEF (-Õ) to join our professional kitchen team.

- Planning, ordering, control and management of necessary raw materials;
- Constant control of compliance with food safety and hygiene rules;
- Food production according to technological descriptions;
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness;
- Ensuring food quality and kitchen processes and their improvement;
- Teamwork with other chefs and production manager;
- Execution and control of tasks assigned by the head chef.
