Nature of work
- To comprehensively manage the SPA department – organization and coordination of daily smooth activities, improvement of internal processes, implementation of procedures and standards;
- Team selection, development and motivation – to strengthen the professional team, promoting personal growth and the overall level of services;
- Creation and assurance of service quality standards – continuous quality improvement, guest experience analysis and improvement initiatives;
- Results management and planning – budgeting of the SPA department, revenue growth initiatives, cost optimization and efficient use of resources;
- Collaboration with other departments – synergy with the hotel team to achieve a seamless hotel wellness experience.
Employee requirements
- Management experience in the SPA / wellness or service sector.
- Clear leadership, team building and employee motivation skills (employee selection, training, scheduling, motivation);
- Ability to solve strategic tasks, work with indicators and budgets (budget, cost, inventory and order control);
- Sales and performance management: package creation, performance analysis and reporting;
- Understanding and implementing high customer service standards;
- Ensuring quality and hygiene / safety requirements;
- English / Russian language skills;
