- Polite customer service in the Day SPA center, communication by phone and email
- Consulting customers on SPA services and products
- Working at the cash register, processing payments
- Ensuring a pleasant and aesthetic environment in the SPA center
- Working on a rotating schedule (40 hours/week (1 full-time position))
Employee requirements
- Higher education (advantage)
- Work experience in this field would be an advantage
- Ability to work in accordance with the customer service standards set by the company
- Ability to ensure a pleasant guest experience at the spa
- Willingness to improve professional skills, positive attitude to work
- English language skills and oral knowledge of Russian (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, helpfulness, conscientiousness, independence
- Ability to work on weekends and evenings according to a pre-arranged schedule
- Ability to work in a team
