What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a versatile specialist, so we invite you to apply if you have experience or a desire to grow in the following areas:

Experience (would be an advantage):

Credit control and debt administration
Accounting and primary document management
Administration or document management
Working with customers (by phone and email)

Key skills:
Experience in debt collection, receivables administration or creditworthiness assessment would be an advantage
Understanding what primary accounting documents are and how they are managed
Organization, diligence and responsibility when working with data
Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly navigate
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to professionally solve complex situations
MS Office (Excel, Word) – everyday work tools
Good knowledge of English and/or Russian

Depending on your strengths and experience, your responsibilities may include:

Assessing customer solvency and setting credit limits
Monitoring and controlling outstanding amounts
Communicating with customers regarding late payments
Administration of debts throughout the entire process (from prevention to legal actions)
Managing and entering primary accounting documents into systems
Preparing and administering documents (contracts, orders, databases)
Collecting information, systematizing and supporting internal processes
Assisting the administration in daily organizational work
