What will you do?
- You will plan and coordinate the printing production process of publications from production estimate to final product delivery, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- You will organize the procurement of printing services and printing materials, conduct negotiations with printing houses and suppliers, administer contracts and ensure the best terms of cooperation.
- You will prepare technical production specifications, plan the cost of publications and look for the most effective production solutions.
- You will cooperate with project managers, art editors, printing houses and other partners, coordinating the smooth progress of production.
- You will ensure the control and accuracy of purchases, material accounting, invoices and production documentation.
In this position it is important:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of printing, polygraphy or publishing production project management.
- Good knowledge of printing technologies, polygraphic materials and publication production processes.
- Experience in organizing purchases, conducting negotiations with printing houses and suppliers and managing partner relationships.
- Ability to plan and coordinate several projects simultaneously, analyze production costs and ensure quality results within set deadlines.
- Analytical thinking, initiative, responsibility and good skills in working with MS Office (experience in working with SAP would be an advantage).
