UAB "Ronelda" seeks to strengthen its team with professionals who will help implement the company's development projects.

Currently, the company is looking for a Flexographic Printing Operator for a paper cup factory located in Pagojas km., Kelmė district.

Job description

  • Mixing inks, preparing paper and equipment for the printing process;
  • Setting printing settings and preparing the printing machine for work;
  • Installing printing plates and their precise adjustment;
  • Maintaining the printing machine during operation: controlling paper feed, monitoring the operation of sections, working ink machines;
  • Maintaining the technical condition, cleanliness and order of printing equipment;
  • Working in shifts on a rolling schedule without night shifts: I shift 6.00 - 14.00, II shift 14.00-22.00.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Logical thinking, allowing you to make the necessary decisions during the printing process;
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly understand new programs and work systems;
  • Diligence, attention to detail and responsibility for the quality of the work performed;
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate constructively with colleagues;
  • Motivation to learn and improve professional skills.

Physical demands of the job

  • The job requires good physical fitness: the ability to lift and install printing plates and other components, the weight of which may be greater.
  • Operations are performed in an elevated work area, therefore the employee must be able to safely reach and lift equipment weighing 30kg above head level.

Salary

Up to 2800 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience in flexography, offset or digital printing.
