- Cleaning of windows, glass partitions,
- General cleaning works,
- Chemical cleaning of carpeting, chemical cleaning of furniture,
- Height work (work with lifting equipment-facade cleaning),
- Snow removal in winter. Summer-grass cutting.

- Driver's license (advantage),
- High-altitude license (advantage),
- Responsibility,
