Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Specialist to the Artea bankas team who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will detail the requirements of the Lithuanian and international legal acts on the prevention and sanctions of financial crimes, and provide for their implementation in internal documents;
- You will prepare and improve internal procedures regulating the work of employees in the field of financial crime prevention;
- You will improve and describe monitoring processes and guidelines for the application of control measures;
- You will prepare and improve the instructions for using the systems;
- You will contribute to the development and improvement of training and training materials;
- You will contribute to the tasks and projects of employees responsible for process management.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher / higher education in law, finance, economics or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of financial crime prevention and sanctions;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent computer skills and clerical skills;
- The ability to clearly convey complex information in writing and in visual form by drawing process diagrams;
- Excellent planning skills, logical and analytical thinking;
- Creativity, psychological resilience, the ability to cooperate and work in a team!
- Insight and responsibility – the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure conscious decision-making.
- Advantage: ICA, CAMS certificate;
- Advantage: Bizagi Modeler skills;
- Advantage: work experience in the field of law;
- Advantage: work experience in project activities.
