You will be #closer every day and:
- You will carry out daily banking service operations in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- You will verify data, ensure its accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.
- You will cooperate with internal departments, ensure professional and timely communication.
- You will participate in improving the processes of daily banking operations, provide suggestions for improving the efficiency, quality and customer experience.
- You will be involved in the implementation of process changes and new solutions.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher/higher education in economics, finance or another similar field;
- Work experience in the field of operations execution or administration. Advantage - experience in the fields of banking, financial services, payments, accounting or customer service.
- Responsibility, ability to react quickly and make decisions, absorb new information.
- Good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
