Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Specialist to the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will manage the control of cash orders of the Bank’s departments, ensure their submission to collection services and coordinate the processes of cash arrival and departure. You will contribute to the performance of other functions related to cash logistics.
- You will monitor currency fluctuations, prepare and constantly update related information and reports.
- You will participate in the improvement of security and collection processes, prepare, review and update instructions, procedures and other related documents.
- You will consult with Bank colleagues on issues of provision and maintenance of banking equipment, coordinate the operation of the equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- You will contribute to employee safety and health and fire safety activities, help implement related requirements and administer documentation in these areas.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of banking activities and experience working with the Forpost program;
- Ability to plan your time and be independent;
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office;
- Initiative, ability to communicate and clearly present thoughts;
- Attention, diligence, positive thinking and the ability to cooperate and work in a team.
