Specialist

We are looking for someone who would coordinate the school's sports activities, work closely with coaches, and contribute to the high-quality implementation of training, competitions, camps, and other sports projects.

· Higher university education (Bachelor's degree in management, sports or related field or equivalent);

· At least 1-2 years of work experience (depending on education);

· Good organizational and activity coordination skills;

· Ability to communicate constructively with coaches, partners and team members;

· Independence, responsibility, initiative and ability to solve problems;

· Ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously and meet deadlines;

· Knowledge of the state and English (level B2) languages;

· Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft Office package;

· Daily communication and cooperation with school coaches, coordination of their activities;

· Monitoring the quality of coaches' work and the sports education process, providing feedback and initiating activity improvement;

· Organizing regular meetings with coaches, discussing relevant issues and coordinating the implementation of decisions;

· Organizing and coordinating the training process, sports camps, competitions, tournaments and other sports activities;

· Planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring the progress of school sports projects;

· Monitoring and analyzing sports activities, coach needs and sports results;

· Cooperation with sports organizations, partners and other institutions related to sports activities;

· Interesting and dynamic work in a sports organization;
