WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and coordinate procurement of special works (HVAC, VN, E, low-current, process systems, etc.).
- Analyze technical solutions, drawings, specifications and commercial offers.
- Search, select and qualify contractors and suppliers.
- Organize tenders, collect and compare offers, prepare recommendations for decision-making.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines, technical solutions and contract terms.
- Cooperate with project managers, estimators and construction managers, ensuring smooth project implementation.
- Control and accept subcontractors' work, check subcontractors' acts.
- Manage the network of suppliers and subcontractors and search for more effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Ensure that materials, equipment and contract works are purchased on time, with high quality and at a competitive price.

WE EXPECT THAT THE CANDIDATE:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the construction sector, working with engineering systems, procurement or project management.
- Able to read technical projects, drawings and specifications.
- Has experience in organizing tenders and conducting negotiations.
- Is result-oriented, able to make decisions and take responsibility.
- Has strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Works well with MS Excel and other work organization tools.
- Knows Lithuanian, English or Russian would be an advantage.
