During the work, your main responsibilities will be:
- Mobile team and process management: Planning and coordination of special cleaning works (windows, facade washing, post-construction objects) and mechanized environmental management works (grass cutting, shrub shaping, pruning).
- Quality control: Direct control of the work performed at the objects, prompt response to situations and ensuring the highest standard.
- Object assessment and estimates: Inspection of new objects, assessment of the scope of work, selection of necessary equipment and chemicals and preparation and coordination of proposals with clients.
- Customer communication: Direct communication with clients, listening to their needs and promptly resolving any questions or claims that arise on site.
- Team formation and support: Training new mobile team employees, daily motivation, scheduling and involvement in team formation processes.
Requirements for the candidate
- Organizational and managerial skills: Experience in planning team work, setting schedules/routes and the ability to make independent decisions in dynamic situations at facilities.
- Technical thinking and insight: Basic technical skills or a quick understanding of how equipment, mechanisms and technological processes work (we will fully train you in cleaning specifics and equipment management).
- Communication and representation: Impeccable knowledge of the Lithuanian language, the ability to professionally communicate with business clients (B2B) and physical clients, negotiation skills and prompt resolution of claims.
- Mobility: Category B driver's license and active driving experience
- Advantage: Similar work experience in specialized cleaning, welfare/environmental management, construction supervision or other technical-management areas would be a great advantage for you.
