Your responsibilities in the team:
- Organize, coordinate and control the installation of electrical, low-voltage, process control and automation systems of the building;
- Compliance with the quality of work, deadlines, budgets;
- Communication with customers, designers, contractors and other interested parties;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation;
- Appropriate selection of subcontractors and their management;
- Review and control of subcontracted work acts;
- Ensuring compliance with work safety and environmental requirements;
- Filling in construction work logs.
We hope you:
- You have a higher engineering education;
- You have experience in installing electrical engineering systems in buildings;
- You are result-oriented, able to quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
- You have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
- You are able to independently organize your activities, solve problems, make decisions;
- You have a certificate of a Special Construction Manager;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to communicate in English (an advantage).
