Nature of work
- Organization and supervision of installation works of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) systems.
- Planning, coordination and supervision of ongoing projects at construction sites.
- Monitoring the quality of work, deadlines, and budgets.
- Communication with customers, designers, contractors and other interested parties.
- Preparation and management of technical documentation.
- Appropriate selection of subcontractors and their management.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.
Requirements for the employee
- Higher engineering education.
- Experience in the field of installation of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) systems, at least 2 years.
- Result-oriented, ability to quickly absorb information and use it effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to independently organize one's activities, solve problems, make decisions.
- Special construction work manager certificate.
- Category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
