Your responsibilities in the team:
- Organization and supervision of installation works of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) systems;
- Planning, coordination and supervision of ongoing projects at construction sites;
- Monitoring the quality of work, deadlines, and budgets;
- Communication with customers, designers, contractors and other interested parties;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation;
- Appropriate selection of subcontractors and their management;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.
We hope you:
- You have a higher engineering education;
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience in the field of installation of water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HV and HVAC) systems;
- You are focused on quality results, are able to quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
- You have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
- You are able to organize your activities, solve problems, make informed decisions;
- You are open to change, attentive to details and willing to improve;
- You have a special construction work manager certificate.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
