Manual of special construction works

We invite a manager of special construction works (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, internal plumbing and sewage systems) to join our team. Who would be responsible for organizing work at the facilities, supervising the work and coordinating the team. We are looking for a responsible, organized and experienced specialist.
Job functions:
Organize and coordinate the execution of work at the facilities.

• Plan the course of work and rationally distribute resources.
• Ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with technological requirements.
• Control the implementation of work deadlines.
• Manage technical and executive documentation.
• Cooperate with customers, designers and technical maintenance representatives.
• Lead a team of employees.

Higher or higher education in civil engineering.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Ability to organize teamwork and make decisions.
Responsibility, independence and good communication skills.
Category B driver's license.
