We are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team of special cleaning services!
Your main task is to ensure that special cleaning services are performed with high quality, on time, and that the team works efficiently and motivated.

You will be responsible for:
- Organization and quality control of special cleaning works (post-construction, general, chemical cleaning, window, facade and high-rise works);
- Team work planning, task distribution and supervision of work execution at facilities;
- Formation, training and motivation of cleaning personnel teams;
- Work schedules and smooth coordination of work at different facilities;
- Selection of cleaning products and equipment and their effective use;
- Professional communication with customers and prompt problem solving.
We hope you:
- You have team management experience (in the cleaning field - an advantage);
- You are organized, able to plan and ensure the quality of work;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly;
- You have a driver's license (Cat. B) - a must;
- Knowledge of Russian and English - an advantage.
