Your responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the activities of the special cleaning team at the facilities;
  • Distribute tasks, ensure the quality of work and compliance with deadlines;
  • Train new employees, monitor work discipline and team activities;
  • Ensure rational use and accounting of work tools, materials and time;
  • Actively participate in special cleaning work together with the team (cleaning windows, facades, glass partitions, carpets, upholstered furniture, cleaning after construction or repair work, etc.).

We hope you:

  • You are physically prepared for active work and are not afraid of physical exertion;
  • You understand that this is not only a management position, but also a practical one;
  • You have experience in organizing a team or coordinating work (in the field of cleaning or services - an advantage);
  • You are responsible, organized, able to make decisions independently;
  • You have a category B driver's license.
