Nature of work
The company works in a narrow specialization - glass for vehicles. This is only at first glance a common area, but in reality - a very interesting and intellectual product. We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys working in the automotive industry.
- professional customer service, consulting on goods and services (car glass, automotive and engineering chemistry, window tinting with films);
- reception of customers who come to the service and call by phone;
- identification and resolution of customer questions, problems;
- acceptance and execution of orders;
- preparation of necessary documentation, including administration of insured events;
- sales promotion and process management.
Employee requirements
- interest in cars, practical knowledge of brands and models - VERY IMPORTANT!
- higher education;
- experience of similar work;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, courtesy and positivity, willingness to help the client solve the problem effectively;
- is able to tell convincingly about the product or service being sold;
- has a quick orientation and perseverance;
- very good computer skills;
- responsibility, autonomy and diligence;
- impeccable Lithuanian language, preferably knowledge of Russian, English or other foreign languages;
- be able to quickly absorb information.
