About the position
We are looking for an experienced sports betting professional to take responsibility for the entire direction of our Sportsbook product - from strategy and product development to ensuring competitiveness and business results. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding not only of the sports betting product itself, but also of its consumer, market and marketing specifics and wants to have a real impact on the growth of the product.
Your main responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, quality and competitiveness of the sports betting product, ensuring that the product meets market trends and player expectations;
- Form and develop the sports betting offer, ensuring its structure, diversity, competitiveness and exclusivity, in order to create the highest level of player experience;
- Initiate, plan and implement new product features, special bets, promotions and other solutions that increase product value and player engagement;
- Continuously analyze the results of the sports betting product and key business indicators, prepare reports, assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make data-based decisions for product improvement;
- Perform an analysis of the competitive environment, monitor market trends and best practices and ensure that the product keeps up with market leaders;
- Collaborate with the marketing team in planning communication, selecting priority sports events, preparing campaigns and creating relevant content for the product;
- Continuously test new ideas, assess their impact on business results and initiate changes that increase product efficiency, player engagement and long-term value;
- Take responsibility for the sports betting product strategy, competitiveness, business results and long-term growth;
- Collaborate with platform providers and internal teams in planning, prioritizing and implementing sports betting product development initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation of new features and product quality;
- Initiate and coordinate the content direction of the sports betting product, in collaboration with marketing, content and partner teams, in order to ensure relevant, high-quality content that meets business objectives.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in managing or developing a sports betting (Sportsbook) product;
- Deep knowledge of the sports betting market, product and player behavior;
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategy and development plans;
- Ability to analyze product performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions;
- Experience in collaborating with platform providers and external partners;
- Good knowledge of sports betting marketing principles and the ability to actively contribute to marketing decisions;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with marketing and other teams;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Initiative, analytical and commercial thinking, result orientation and the ability to independently make decisions and take responsibility.
