Our client - 7bet - a dynamic, rapidly growing sports betting and gaming company in the international market. We are currently looking for:
Sports Product Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for the commercial results of the sportsbook (sports betting product) in all markets (LT, LV, UK, later EE and FI). You will be in charge of the sports betting team's activities, product KPI growth, product efficiency, competitiveness and betting quality management. You will be in the midst of sports events, excitement and results every day.
Sports Product Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for the commercial results of the sportsbook (sports betting product) in all markets (LT, LV, UK, later EE and FI). You will be in charge of the sports betting team's activities, product KPI growth, product efficiency, competitiveness and betting quality management. You will be in the midst of sports events, excitement and results every day.
Nature of work
- Monitor key product indicators (KPIs) in all markets, analyze deviations and adjust the offer
- Lead the sports product team: delegate, set priorities, ensure team members' engagement and professional growth
- Plan campaign calendar together with the team, assess product campaign ROI
- Monitor the competitive environment, market trends, analyze consumer behavior
- Maintain close contact with partners, escalate issues, monitor quality
- Ensure transfer and adaptation of existing processes to new markets
- Generate ideas for product development and adaptation, initiate necessary changes and their implementation
- Pro-actively maintain contact and cooperate with other teams (marketing, CRM, legal, customer service)
In this position you will benefit from:
- Strong personal interest in sports: you follow sports and know the most important sports and events, you are a sports enthusiast
- Successful work experience as a product manager
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong analytics: you are fluent in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools, apply AI solutions
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Ability to remain calm in a whirlwind of events, easily build and maintain contact
Advantages:
