You Will:
- Overseeing Betting Activity: Monitor and manage betting activity to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Odds Compilation: Compile and manage odds across various sporting events to maintain competitive and attractive offerings.
- Customer Analysis: Analyze and profile customers to understand betting behaviors and preferences.
- Product Testing: Test and provide feedback on new product features to enhance the betting experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work together with marketing teams to support new initiatives and promotional activities.
- Customer Support: Provide support to Customer Service by helping to address customer queries and resolve issues.
- Data and Competitor Analysis: Conduct data analysis and monitor competitors to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
You Have:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Sports Enthusiast: A fan of sports such as Football, Basketball, Tennis, Ice Hockey, or Esports.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience: Previous experience in sportsbooks or data analysis is a bonus but not required.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
