🌲What will you do in the team?
- I will organize the smooth operation of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, taking into account patient flows and team capabilities;
- I will lead a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists, plan workloads, schedules and staff needs;
- You will develop the team, evaluate employee performance and create a professional, collaborative work environment;
- You will ensure the quality, safety and compliance with legal requirements of the services provided to patients;
- I will analyze the department's activities, patient flows, quality and financial indicators and initiate solutions to improve performance;
- You will ensure proper preparation of medical documentation and reports;
- You will consult patients, assess their functional status, create individual rehabilitation programs and evaluate their effectiveness;
- You will coordinate the work of the rehabilitation team and allocate the necessary rehabilitation measures according to their competence;
- You will contribute to the attraction and selection of new FMR doctors and other specialists.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher university medical study program education;
- Valid licenses of a FMR doctor, internal medicine doctor or medical doctor;
- Good knowledge of the Russian language, allowing independent consultation of patients;
- Management work experience and/or additionally acquired economic education (an advantage);
- Good MS Office skills (advanced user);
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, prepare conclusions;
- Ability to lead a team, plan work and make decisions;
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and initiate process improvement;
- Ability to react quickly in stressful situations.
