WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN
Joining MEPCO (now part of Ethos) as a Senior Engineer Fixed Fire Suppression Systems, you will lead the design of high-efficiency automatic fire suppression systems on major international projects in Europe. You will work on critical sites, mainly data centers, but also pharmaceutical and industrial plants and healthcare facilities.
You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to construction-ready BIM models (LOD 400). In this position, you will combine hydraulic calculations, advanced BIM modeling, pre-fab solutions and the application of international fire safety standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design fixed fire extinguishing systems in complex international projects - data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities and healthcare facilities.
- Perform and verify detailed hydraulic calculations in accordance with the requirements of FM Global, NFPA and EN 12845 standards.
- Create detailed 3D BIM models in the Revit environment, achieving a high level of detail (LOD 300–400).
- Participate in interdisciplinary BIM coordination using e.g. Navisworks, ensuring coordinated and realistic project solutions.
- Collaborate with international customer engineering teams, architects, BIM coordinators and main contractors.
- Provide mentorship to mid- and junior-level SGGS engineers, sharing technical knowledge and experience.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Technical competencies
Advantages
- Higher education in mechanical engineering, building engineering systems, fire protection engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in designing fixed fire extinguishing systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Practical experience in hydraulic calculations.
- Experience working with complex international projects, preferably in the data center, pharmaceutical, industrial or healthcare sectors.
Advantages
- Lithuanian or international professional engineer certification/registration.
- Excellent English.
- Good practical knowledge of international fire protection standards, especially NFPA 13, FM Global.
- Ability to independently make technical decisions and solve complex design issues.
- Responsible attitude to work quality and deadlines.
- Ability to clearly communicate and cooperate with international project teams.
