Tasks and responsibilities:
What will you need to do?
- Assemble and prepare desktop computers for customers - from component selection, computer assembly to final testing.
- Diagnose and repair computer failures, replace components and solve technical problems.
- Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail - advise, help choose the right computer specification and answer technical questions.
- Maintain component balances, track inventory and order parts in a timely manner when supplies run out.
What do we expect from you:
- Good knowledge of computers, their components
- Carefulness (Neat cable routing, attention to detail and aesthetics)
- Pleasant communication with customers, understanding what they need
- Punctuality, organization
- Category B is not necessary, but would be an advantage
- Contribution to our social media videos is not necessary, but would also be an advantage
