We invite a specialist who is familiar with the medical environment and would like to apply their experience to organizing the smooth operation of a day hospital.
In this position, you will be an important link between patients, nursing staff, doctors and other clinic teams. You will take care of daily processes, help the team promptly resolve emerging issues and look for ways to organize the hospital's operations even more efficiently.

What will you do?
- organize the daily activities of the day hospital and ensure its smooth operation;
- plan the occupancy of the wards, coordinate patient flows and timely transmit relevant information to the nursing staff;
- monitor operational processes, analyze emerging challenges and make suggestions for their improvement;
- coordinate the logistics of laboratory tests, submission of answers in the electronic system and resolve possible malfunctions or delays;
- control the performance of prescribed tests and their payment status;
- register and analyze non-compliance with activities and adverse events;
- cooperate with the medical auditor and contribute to the improvement of internal control and service quality;
- monitor the validity of third-party contracts, service terms and implementation of agreements;
- assess potential risks related to contracts, agreements and commercial offers.
What do we expect from you:
- work experience in the field of nursing, managerial work experience - an advantage;
- education in the field of medicine / health;
- ability to communicate in English;
- analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
- responsibility, empathy, professionalism;
- ability to plan, organize work, make decisions and ensure control over their implementation.
