Material codes from different manufacturers received through designers or architects are a common problem for furniture makers, as they face different delivery and production deadlines, making it very difficult to plan the production process, which often results in delays for end customers! – We will help save time and improve the furniture manufacturer’s work planning!

Cutting furniture parts

The first step in preparing the final piece of furniture is cutting out the parts. This is an important stage in creating the end user’s vision of the furniture.

This stage is helped by high-quality computer-aided cutting centers – Holzma HPP350 and Holzma HPP380.

These machines cut up to 3.5 meters in length, so it is possible to cut larger dimensions than a standard LMDP board.

Lamination

The next very important step in order to achieve a sense of aesthetics is covering the edge of the part with ABS or PVC tape.

This process is helped by edgebanding centers Brandt and Tempora600. With the help of these devices, edges are processed using particularly sticky and high-quality glues, which can be both white, transparent, gray or black, as well as PUR glue. With the help of glue, the edge of the edge and the detail become almost invisible and create an image of integrity.

We have purchased the latest Tempora F800-60.12 e-motion equipment - we already have the ability to process edges using the Air-Tec method (seamless technology).

Design

Our team is ready to help you design furniture and its parts. If you can't figure out how to implement complex non-standard projects, we are ready to help you.

We design with the BAZIS program.

We also accept designed files in the IMOS and BAZIS programs. The main value for the furniture maker is that he can design himself with these programs and provide the files to us. Which we generate on the machine, a project estimate is quickly provided and the file goes to the drilling machine.

Drilling

For drilling, we use the FELDER CNC C-Express 920 Classic FORMAT-4 machine, whose drilling and milling center efficiently and accurately performs all re-drilling and simple milling work - all in record time. This ensures the highest quality and speed of processing parts.

For milling, you can choose materials of various textures and thicknesses. We mill all wood-based materials – plywood, laminated particleboard (LMDP), particleboard (MPP), oriented strand board (OSB), and medium density fiberboard (MDF). We perform corner, oval details, ornaments, and individual milling work according to your wishes.
