Nature of work
- Production of wooden structural panels (walls, ceilings, roof elements) according to the established production plan;
- Work according to production drawings and technical documentation (accurate understanding and compliance with them);
- Efficient and responsible use of raw materials in technological processes;
- Work with carpentry tools in a production environment, their maintenance and maintaining order in the workplace;
- Compliance with quality requirements throughout the production process;
- Application of LEAN principles in daily work (order, compliance with processes, continuous efficiency improvement).

Employee requirements
- Experience as a carpenter or in the woodworking/construction sector;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Responsibility, organization and diligence when working in a production environment;
- Willingness to learn and improve while working with production processes;
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule (day/night shifts).
