NARBUTAS is currently looking for a carpenter/machine operator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Work with Martin and other woodworking machines, performing parolone cutting, frame cutting and milling work.
• Read technical drawings, use measuring instruments and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Perform production tasks according to set deadlines and technological requirements.
• Administer production data and tasks in the management system used.
• Ensure a tidy and safe workplace, comply with occupational safety and quality standards.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Responsibility, diligence and a desire to learn and improve.
• Communicative skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Similar work experience in the field of woodworking or furniture production (an advantage).
• Ability to work with "Martin" or similar woodworking machines (an advantage).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.03 - 11.35 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1673 - 1894 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
