Due to the growing number of orders, we are looking for a carpenter/carpenter fitter to join our production team to manufacture and install non-standard wooden stairs.
Salary
€1500–2500 in hand, depending on competence.

Work schedule
Working hours: 8:00–17:00.

Nature of work
- Production of non-standard stairs and their components (curved armrests, curved stringers, landing elements, etc.) according to drawings, including the production of templates and preparation for bending work.
- Use of woodworking equipment and hand tools in the production process.
- Assembly of manufactured parts, preparation for painting and quality control.
- Installation of stairs and other products at facilities in Lithuania and abroad.
- Compliance with quality, occupational safety and production deadlines.
- Cooperation with the production manager and other team members in resolving technical issues.
- Maintenance of tools, equipment and workplace, quality inspection of materials before production or installation.
- Assistance in warehousing, packaging and preparation of products for transportation.
Employee requirements
- Carpenter or joiner education.
- Experience in woodworking.
- Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation.
- Experience in working with woodworking machines and hand tools.
- Knowledge of wood properties and processing technologies.
- Experience in manufacturing and assembling non-standard products.
- Ability to go to installation work in Lithuania and abroad.
- Responsibility, diligence, technical thinking and the ability to independently organize one's work.
- Team spirit, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Advantage:
- Experience in manufacturing and installing non-standard wooden stairs, curved armrests, stairwells.
- Experience in working with CNC machines.
- Category B driver's and forklift driver's licenses.
- Basic English for communication at facilities abroad.
