What interesting tasks would you expect in this position?
- You will actively communicate and maintain relationships with the company's existing business clients in Vilnius.
- You will organize the troubleshooting and repair work of the building and engineering systems contractors and technicians.
- You will control the deadlines and quality of their performance and ensure the implementation of profitability indicators.
- You will identify customer needs and apply effective and timely solutions.
- You will prepare commercial offers, provide monthly reports to customers and management.
- You will provide suggestions for the development and improvement of customer service processes.
It's important to us
- Higher or higher education (engineering education would be a great advantage).
- Ability to maintain and foster good relationships with clients, partners and the team.
- Organization, time management and excellent negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the working principles of engineering systems.
- Interest in the operation of building engineering systems, their management and maintenance solutions.
- Very good knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
- Driver's license and car.
