Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Modeling and Documentation: Communicate with stakeholders and departments, collect information about existing processes (As-Is), analyze, describe, visualize (draw diagrams) and create maps of desired (To-Be) processes
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all departmental operating standards and modeled processes comply with international practices and established legal acts
  • Standards Implementation and Improvement: Analyze departmental operating processes, assess compatibility (with special attention to contracting and design work), identify potential risks, provide and implement recommendations for process optimization
  • Internal Control: Develop and implement internal control systems to monitor process compliance, ensuring that established procedures are followed
  • Audit and Supervision: Assess, implement and monitor international standards in the department as needed, conduct internal process audits and supervise the implementation of ISO standards and compliance

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education (preferably in the field of technology, social or management sciences)
  • Work experience in the field of process management, analysis, quality management or infrastructure project administration
  • Experience in successfully implementing process optimization, standardization or ISO implementation projects (experience in leading a project team or department is a great advantage)
  • Knowledge of process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and practical skills in working with process drawing tools (e.g., MS Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, Draw.io or similar)
  • Knowledge of advanced project management models
  • Excellent clerical skills
  • Ability to independently organize work and mobilize the team to achieve set goals
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel), advanced user-level skills in working with Microsoft Project (or an analogous information system)

Monthly salary: €2,700.00 - €4,050.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.
