Tasks we will entrust:
- Organize and coordinate the order of technical conditions and engineering studies;
- Search, select and coordinate the work of project part managers;
- Lead the development of the construction project, coordinate the activities of project participants and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
- Ensure the mutual compatibility of different project parts and the integrity of solutions;
- Control compliance with the development schedules of project parts, identify potential risks and initiate measures to manage them;
- Organize and coordinate the coordination of projects with responsible institutions, obtaining construction permits and a positive expert report;
- Effectively manage project budgets and ensure the achievement of planned results;
- Maintain and develop constructive relationships with customers, subcontractors, designers and other participants in the project and construction process;
- Cooperate with the project team at all stages of the project - from design to project execution supervision and object handover;
To achieve the best results, it would help to:
- Technical/higher engineering education;
- At least 2 years of experience in project management;
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to act as a project manager for a special construction project;
- Knowledge of the specifics of engineering structures;
- Mastery of Microsoft 365, AutoCAD and/or other design programs;
- Category B driver's license.
